You can book a tour by contacting us through our Contact page, calling us directly, or sending a WhatsApp message. Once you select your preferred tour, we'll provide a detailed itinerary and pricing. A 30% advance payment confirms your booking, with the remaining amount due 7 days before departure.

Each tour has specific inclusions listed on its detail page. Generally, our packages include transportation, accommodation, specified meals (breakfast & dinner), experienced tour guide services, and entry tickets to attractions. Items not included typically are lunch, personal expenses, travel insurance, and tips.

Yes! Many of our tours are family-friendly, especially those rated "Easy" difficulty like Murree & Nathia Gali, Lahore Cultural Experience, and Swat Valley Heritage Tour. For challenging treks like K2 Base Camp, we recommend participants be in good physical condition and above 16 years of age.

For northern tours, we recommend packing layers (temperatures vary greatly), a warm jacket, comfortable hiking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a rain jacket, basic medications, and a power bank. For treks, you'll need a good backpack, trekking poles, and thermal wear. We provide a detailed packing list after booking.

Pakistan has seen a significant improvement in security and is now welcoming thousands of international tourists annually. All our tour destinations are in safe, tourist-friendly areas. Our experienced guides are local experts who prioritize your safety. We also stay updated on travel advisories and weather conditions.

Absolutely! We specialize in both group tours and private/customized tours. Tell us your preferred destinations, dates, group size, and budget, and we'll create a personalized itinerary just for you. Private tours offer more flexibility and can be tailored to your specific interests.

Cancellations made 15+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations 7-14 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable. In case of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances from our side, you'll receive a full refund or credit for a future tour.

Accommodation varies by tour and location. In cities, we provide 3-4 star hotel stays. In remote areas, we use the best available guest houses and lodges. For treks and camping tours, we provide quality camping equipment including tents, sleeping bags, and mats. Upgrades are available on request.

Some areas in Pakistan require a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for tourists, especially in border regions of AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. Don't worry — we handle all permit and NOC processing as part of our tour service. For international tourists, additional documentation may be required, and we'll guide you through the process.
